Individual Membership

Members of the United States Black Belt Society will receive a by-yearly newsletter, 4" Gi Patch, Certificate and access to our forums. To gain access to the forums you must provide your email address on your application and use that email address when creating an account on our forums.

To join the United States Black Belt Society you must hold a black belt or sash in any style of martial arts. To apply fill out and return the Application along with a copy of your most recent rank certificate. Applications can be mailed to:

School Membership

School Memberships include an individual membership for the head of the school. Schools will recieve a large certificate for display. They will also receive recognition on our web site and any publications.

If you are the head of a school and wish to become affiliated with the United States Black Belt Society please fill out and return the School Application along with a copy of your most recent rank certificate. Applications can be mailed to:
